What this site collects, and what it does not.

Vizible — AI-Ready Website Studio — operates the website at www.usevizible.com. This page covers that website and the tools published on it. It does not cover websites we have built for clients, which are operated by those businesses under their own policies.

Nothing on this site asks for personal information in order to read it. There are three points where you can choose to hand something over.

• The AI-readiness audit

  You submit a website address, which our server fetches and scores. That address, and the score it produces, are the only things the audit needs. If you want the full PDF report, a separate step asks for your email address and, optionally, your name. That form states on screen that we may send occasional AI visibility tips and that you can unsubscribe at any time — which is what we use it for, alongside following up about the audit itself.

• Booking a call

  The calendar on the contact page is an embedded Cal.com widget. Anything you type into it goes to Cal.com, not through a Vizible form — we see the booking that comes out the other end. Cal.com loads its own script and may set its own storage in your browser when the calendar appears.

• Email

  If you email zayn@usevizible.com we have whatever you put in the message. That is an ordinary mailbox, not a system on this site.

The ChatGPT Visibility Check and Free AEO Article pages each show a form asking for a website and a work email. As this site is currently built, that form is handled entirely inside your browser: the details are not transmitted to us and are not stored anywhere. Please do not assume anything typed into those two forms has reached us — email us instead.

These are absences in the code, not commitments about future behaviour. As the site is built today:

• There is no analytics of any kind — no Google Analytics, no Vercel Analytics or Speed Insights, no Plausible, no Fathom, no PostHog.
• There are no advertising or conversion pixels, and no social media trackers.
• Vizible sets no cookies of its own, on any page.
• There is no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, and no advertising identifier.
• Fonts are self-hosted. next/font downloads them at build time, so displaying this page makes no request to Google from your browser.

Three keys, all of them local to your device and none of them an identifier. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

• vizible-theme

  Local storage. Remembers whether you switched the site to the dark theme, so it does not reset on your next visit. It holds the word “dark” or “light” and nothing else.

• vizible-audit:<domain>

  Session storage. Holds the result of an audit you just ran so the results page does not have to re-scan the same site. It is discarded when you close the tab.

• vizible-gate:<domain>

  Session storage. Records that you have already unlocked the full report for that site, so you are not asked twice in the same session. It is discarded when you close the tab.

• Vercel

  Hosting and content delivery for usevizible.com. Vercel processes standard server request data, such as IP address and user agent, in order to serve the site.

• Cal.com

  The booking calendar embedded on the contact page. If you book a call, the details you enter go to Cal.com, not through a Vizible form.

• OpenRouter (DeepSeek)

  Writes the plain-language commentary in an audit report. It receives the audited site's scores, title, meta description, and an excerpt of its homepage text. It does not receive your name or email address.

• Vizible render service

  Loads the audited site in a headless browser to capture a screenshot and measure what is visible after JavaScript runs. It receives the website address you submitted.

• OpenRouter

  The audit adds a short written summary to your report, generated by an AI model (DeepSeek) reached through OpenRouter. What is sent is the audit’s own scores plus the audited site’s title, meta description, and a short excerpt of its homepage text. No name, email, or other detail about you is included in that request.

• Screenshot rendering

  The report shows a thumbnail of the site being audited. To produce it, the website address you submitted is passed to a screenshot rendering service. Nothing about you is sent with it, and if the service is unavailable the report falls back to the site’s favicon.

When you enter your name and email to unlock the full audit report, those details, along with the domain you audited and its score, are written to a Postgres database used by this site. The generated summary copy for a report is cached in the same database, keyed to the report, so the web page and the PDF always show identical text.

We do not have a published deletion schedule for those records. If you want details you submitted removed, or you want to know what we hold, write to zayn@usevizible.com.

Like any web host, Vercel processes standard request data — IP address, user agent, the URL requested — in order to serve the page and to protect the service. That happens for every visitor, including one who never fills in anything, and it is not something this site can switch off.

The only contact address this site publishes is zayn@usevizible.com. You can also book a call from the contact page.

If this page and the behaviour of the site ever disagree, the site is what matters and this page is wrong — tell us and we will correct it.
